2025 Food Vendor Application
The Hamilton Flea is seeking food vendors that will provide patrons with a variety of unique food options to experience while shopping at a curated urban flea market in downtown Hamilton. Food vendors are expected to carry their own insurance and have a food license. Please note: all food providers will need to be self-contained as electricity will not be provided.
Fee structure: In an effort to make the event inclusive to a wide range of food vendors, we have structured our fees as follows:
$100 fee per event
If selected, the vendor will be emailed instructions on how to pay the applicable fee(s) for the event(s) electronically, as well as sign a terms & condition waiver form.
Event Dates
May 10th
June 14th
July 12th
August 9th
September 13th
All events will run from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
